Snuck out to Reedy Creek near Eldorado with The Rookie Miner for a bit of sluicing on the last day of winter. Plenty of laughs and a bit of gold was a great way to spend the day.

very interesting! the site this was found at did have a small schoolhouse situated nearby so perhaps it belonged to the music class!?

Took The Rookie Miner out for a bit of detecting at a few local sites here in the Northeast. Lots of cool finds popping up including his FIRST pre-decimal coin plus we get a visit from some native Australian wildlife.

Took The Rookie Miner out for a bit exploring and gold panning at a local creek. Showed him how to hand dredge and he was away! Great to spend time out in the bush getting reconnected with nature.

Took the Dream Mat river sluice to a place ive always wanted to swing a pan at. The setting was absolutely magical !!
