Thanes Creek is dry so guessing Durikai will be too so hard to find anything small without being able to pan or sluice.

Okay, so I went to Thanes Creek this morning. What a waste of time. Obviously I expected everything to be dug up, but what I didnt expect was how small the creek was that you are legally allowed to fossick. Are they all like 40-50m long? Make no wonder I didnt find anything ? any bigger places...

Yeah I have been reading up for a while. Watching YouTube videos too. I know it wont be easy and will take hours to find gold but like you said..if it was easy everyone would be doing it! Ha ha.
