    GPX6000 aftermarket shaft

I just bought a clamp kit and scoop holder from try hard prospecting in WA, no cutting required. The thread did feel a bit tight winding it on, but it stops the shafts twisting. You would think minelab would have done something like this.

    Whites TDI Pro on YouTube

I had a tdi pro oz as my 1st pi machine. I never mastered it, but I really did like that machine. It was light, easy to get batteries, not tethered to the machine, internal speaker, a lot to like about it. I didn't use NF coils, I had some of those folded coils, and to be honest, at that stage...

    bushfly sting? WA

Yep sandflys. Some people react worse than others. You actually build up an immunity of sorts to them. I was a fishing guide here in the NT and at first, I thought I would have to quit my job, because I reacted like that. Now though, I itch for about 10 to 202minutes, and that's it, a little...

AlgoForce E1500 - NEW PI DETECTOR FROM EX MINELAB ENGINEER

Go for a walk away from the scrapes. Look for piles of small rocks, usually 4 small rocks with 1 piece of quartz on top. That is how the local legend marks where he found a nugget. He used a 3500, and those little mounds were everywhere.

Great read - "Pegging in the NT"

if you get a chance to read a great book, called "Pegging the NT" it is well worth it. It documents the hard ships of the 1870s gold rush in the NT, from scams to misguided adventure. One of the yarns is about a group taking horse carts and donkeys from south port to bridge creek. They loaded up...

Today I Saw a Native Animal

to high and to wet to bother getting him down, he was nowhere to be seen in the morning, plenty of over hanging trees for him to find his way.

Replacement Ear Muff Pads GPX 6000, Equinox 800 & GPX4500/5000 Headphones

G'day, I replaced the crappy gpx6000 headphones pads with a pair of Nenads steel phase ones today. Fit pretty good. Be careful with the flimsy plastic frames though, broke one today, still seems ok once fitted though.
