Minelab Minelab Equinox tips and questions

Dont know if Nox users have tried this but after our big wet up here ground was very saturated and found the Nox to struggle at higher sensitivity in this wet ground. Switched into Beach mode 1 and solved all the problems it was having. All these coins were at least 5 inches down.

    X Coils for GPX/QED/GPZ detectors

I am never swayed by price if its gold detector related. Got the 15 and it proved it self in the first few days and a smaller coil is going to get me more gold as smaller gold is bread and butter gold dont get me wrong love bigger chuncks but there are only a few on every patch but lots of...

    X Coils for GPX/QED/GPZ detectors

Yeah they have really given a new edge for the best gold detector in the world. The 15 is dynamite and now have the 12 and 10 as well. We were all blown away by the depth on small gold with the GPZ14 but the X 15 coil does it even better. Just stuns me that Minelab cannot give us these option.

    Minelab CTX3030 Versus Equinox

Yeah once you learn the tones of the Nox its as accurate as the CTX. I dont even use the CTX anymore and really enjoy the nox not just for how light it is but its ability. Dont get me wrong I love the CTX but the Nox keeps surprising me.

    18v cordless range recommendation

Aeg is Bunnings Milwaukee same company, good stuff I have all Milwaukee for work but have Aeg line trimmer, blower and Chainsaw good gear for the money. I see contractors with full Aeg kit all the time, depends on how much you intend to use them. Only the rich can afford cheap tools!

    Minelab GPZ7000: Info, Tips, Finds

Forget air tests for starters, I have lost signals in holes I have been to lazy to dig big enough holes because of air between the coil and target, to only find it again after widening the hole enough to get coil in hole properly. Have not experienced different tones on the big coil but it does...
