I'm Ex Defence Force, 63 and was introduced to Prospecting about 4 yrs ago. Perth based, and bought a 6000 about 12 months ago. Picked up nothing near Kalgoorlie, but got lucky around Leanora and Laverton. Love the camping and wandering, I'd like to not have to travel so far , but it's less junk uo north. Cheers Glenn
