Good afternoon everyone. I am what could be referred to as 'a noob' 😜 to detecting for anything let alone gold. I am heading to Tibooburra with a mate, later this week to give it a red hot crack. Is it better for an absolute beginner to pay the fees and go to Gumvale or Mt Stuart, or stick to the dry blower fields near town? We have a Nox 800 with only 8 inch coil and Nox 900 with 6, 8 & 14x8. Our camp setup is built to be completely off grid for as long as the sun shines 😁. Thanking you in advance for any assistance Jason
